Manutenzione straordinaria,
la manutenzione straordinaria è l'operazione
o l'insieme delle operazioni di riparazione
sere
necessarie
da
guasti,
malfunzionamenti del radiocomando, che
hanno lo scopo di ripristinare le condizioni
d'uso e di funzionamento originarie.
(Vedere capitolo: 3-MANUTENZIONE)
Prima di far intervenire i tecnici del servizio di
assistenza del costruttore della macchina, è
opportuno:
- aver letto e capito in tutte le sue parti
il presente manuale, verificando di
aver eseguito correttamente tutte le
istruzioni in esso riportate
- aver eseguito le istruzioni per ricercare
i possibili malfunzionamenti e le loro
cause.
Eventuali guasti possono essere riparati
esclusivamente da personale autorizzato,
interpellare il servizio di assistenza MANITOU.
Per rendere possibile un intervento più
veloce ed efficace, devono essere
comunicati i dati per una corretta e
completa identificazione del
radiocomando:
1- numero di matricola (S/N) del
radiocomando e il TU ID (numero
identificativo dell'unità trasmittente)
2 - data di acquisto (riportata sul
certificato di garanzia)
3 - anomalia riscontrata
4 - indirizzo e numero di telefono del
luogo in cui è utilizzato (e il nome
del responsabile da contattare.

Tutti gli interventi di messa a punto di controllo
e di manutenzione del radiocomando vanno
verificati e registrati dal Responsabile della
Manutenzione della macchina.
In caso di guasto, emergenza, o parti
daneggiate, si deve mettere fuori servizio
il sistema "macchina+radiocomando" fino
alla completa eliminazione del problema.
Prima di ogni intervento di manutenzione,
togliere la batteruia dell'unità trasmittente e
l'alimentazione dell'unità ricevente.
Dopo ogni intervento di manutenzione,
verificare sempre che i comandi inviati
dall'unità trasmittente attivino esclusivamente le
manovre previste.
Rottamazione del radiocomando.
Per la rottamazione, affidare il radiocomando
al servizio di recupero differenziato dei rottami
esistente nel territorio.
In particolare fare attenzione nel riciclare le
batterie applicando le disposizioni locali.
Non gettarle assieme ai rifiuti domestici.

Prior to contacting the support service
technicians of the machine's
manufacturer:
- read and understand all parts of this
manual, and make sure that all the
instructions it contains have been accomplished
correctly
- follow the instructions to detect
possible malfunctions and their origins
Any fault should be repaired by authorised
personnel only, contact the support service of
MANITOU.
The following radio remote control data
must be reported in order to make
interventions faster and more
reliable:
1 - radio remote control serial number
(S/N) and TU ID (transmitting unit
identification number)
2 - purchase date (given on the
certificate of guarantee)
3 - description of the problem found
4 - address and telephone number of
the place where the device is being
used (with the name of the person to
contact)
All fine-tuning, checking and maintenance
actions carried out on the radio remote
control shall be verified and recorded by
the person in charge of carrying out
maintenance on the machine.
In case of failure, emergencies or damaged
parts, disable the system "radioremote
control+machine" until the problem has been
completely solved.
Before any maintenance operation,
remove the battery from the transmitting
unit and disconnect power from the
receiving unit.
After any maintenance operation, always
make sure that commands sent by the
transmitting unit only activate the
corresponding expected operations.
Disposal.
When disposing of a radio remote
control, give it to the waste separate
collecting services in the user's country.
Please pay particular attention when
recycling the batteries: apply local rules.
Do not throw them away with domestic
trash.

Buitengewoon onderhoud,
het buitengewone onderhoud is de procedure
of het geheel van alle reparaties die nodig
zijn voor opgetreden storingen, schade of
defecten aan de radiobesturing, met het doel
de oorspronkelijke staat van gebruik en werking
weer te herstellen.
(Zie hoofdstuk: 3-ONDERHOUD)
Voor de technici van de servicedienst van de
fabrikant van de machine in te laten grijpen,
is het handig:
- deze handleiding helemaal gelezen en
begrepen te hebben en dus gecontroleerd te
hebben of alle aanwijzingen die erin vermeld
staan zijn nageleefd
- de aanwijzingen opgevolgd te hebben om de
mogelijke storingen en hun oorzaken op te
sporen.
Eventuele storingen mogen alleen door
bevoegd
raadpleeg de MANITOU servicedienst.
Voor een snellere en meer doeltreffende
ingreep moeten de gegevens voor een correcte
en complete identificatie van de radiobesturing
doorgegeven zijn:
1- serienummer (S/N) van de radiobesturing en
het TU ID (identificatienummer van de zender)
2 - datum van aankoop (vermeld op het
garantie formulier)
3 - waargenomen storing
4 - adres en telefoonnummer van de plaats
waar hij gebruikt is (en de naam van de
contactpersoon).

Alle
o n d e r h o u d s w e r k z a a m h e d e n
de
verantwoordelijke voor het Onderhoud van
de machine gecontroleerd en geregistreerd
worden.
In
beschadigede onderdelen moet u het systeem
"machine+radiobesturing"
stellen totdat het probleem volledig is opgelost.
Voor iedere onderhoudsingreep, de batterij
uit de zender en de stroom van de ontvanger
halen.
Na iedere onderhoudsingreep altijd controleren
of de door de zender verzonden besturingen
alleen de juiste manoeuvres activeren.
Vernietiging van de radiobesturing.
Voor de vernietiging, de radiobesturing afgeven
aan de plaatselijke dienst voor schrootafval.
Let vooral op de recycling van de batterijen door
de plaatselijke voorschriften op te volgen.
Niet bij het huisafval weggooien.
