D5/2 - Controllo dell'usura e della
presenza di danni sulla cinghia
trapezoidale a nervature
Una cinghia trapezoidale difettosa può
strapparsi, la cinghia o parti di essa
potrebbero essere gettate fuori dal
motore, causando lesioni ad altri.
- Osservare sempre gli intervalli di
manutenzione specificati per la cinghia
trapezoidale.
- Se viene rilevato un danno, sostituire
immediatamente la cinghia trapezoidale
in questione.
Se la cinghia trapezoidale è strappata, non
c'è l'azionamento della pompa dell'acqua e
dell'alternatore.
Il motore potrebbe surriscaldarsi come
risultato.
- Controllare regolarmente le condizioni della
cinghia trapezoidale.
- Sostituire immediatamente la cinghia
trapezoidale interessata se si scoprono segni
di danneggiamenti.
- Aprire il cofano motore e smontare il carter
di protezione 1 (D5/2).
- Montare il dispositivo di avviamento nel
foro di ispezione della scatola volano.
Coppia di serraggio: 30 Nm.
- Fare un segno con il gesso sulla cinghia
trapezoidale.
- Controllare sezione per sezione la cinghia
trapezoidale 2 (D5/2) per danneggiamenti
(D5/2). A tale scopo, ruotare il motore
o la cinghia trapezoidale gradualmente
utilizzando il dispositivo di avviamento
fino a raggiungere nuovamente il segno
di gesso.
- Rimuovere il dispositivo di avviamento.
- Avvitare il tappo nel foro di ispezione
nella sede del volano e serrare. Coppia di
serraggio: 30 Nm.

D5/2 - Check the poly-V-belt for wear
and damage
Faulty poly-V-belts can tear, the belt or
parts of it could then be thrown off the
engine, thereby causing injury to others.
- Always observe the specified maintenan-
ce intervals for poly-V-belts.
- If damage is detected, replace the poly-V-
belt concerned immediately.
If the poly-V-belt is torn, there is no drive
to the coolant pump and the alternator.
The engine may overheat as a result.
- Check the poly-V-belt condition regu-
larly.
- Replace the poly-V-belt concerned
immediately if there are any signs of
damage.
- Open the engine hood and remove cran-
kcase 1 (D5/2).
- Fit the cranking device to the flywheel
housing inspection hole. Tightening tor-
que: 30 Nm.
- Make a chalk mark on the poly-V-belt.
- Check the poly-V-belt 2 (D5/2) section by
section for damage (D5/2). To do this, turn
the engine or poly-V-belt gradually using
the cranking device until the chalk mark is
reached again.
- Remove the cranking device.
- Screw the cap into the inspection hole
in the flywheel housing and tighten it.
Tightening torque: 30 Nm.

aanwezigheid van beschadigingen
op de v-snaar
Een beschadigde v-snaar kan scheuren,
de riem of delen ervan kunnen uit de
motor geworpen worden en mensen
verwonden.
- Volg altijd de onderhoudsperiodes voor
de v-snaar.
-
Als
er
een
beschadiging
vastgesteld, vervang de desbetreffende
v-snaar dan onmiddellijk.
Als de v-snaar gescheurd is, worden de
waterpomp en de pomp van de alternator
niet ingeschakeld.
Bijgevolg kan de motor oververhit raken.
- Controleer regelmatig de staat van de
v-snaar.
- Vervang de v-snaar onmiddellijk als ze
beschadigd is.
- Open de motorkap en demonteer het
beschermende carter 1 (D5/2).

Monteer
het
startsysteem
inspectieopening
van
de
Aanhaalmoment: 30 Nm.
- Breng met krijt een teken aan op de
v-snaar.
- Controleer elk deel van de v-snaar 2 (D5/2)
op beschadigingen (D5/2). Draai de motor
of de v-snaar langzaam rond met behulp
van het startsysteem totdat u opnieuw het
krijtteken bereikt.
- Verwijder het startsysteem.
- Draai de dop in de inspectieopening in
de houder van het wiel. Aanhaalmoment:
30 Nm.
