Controllare olio riduttore rotazione
Sollevare il braccio e collocare il cuneo
di sicurezza sullo stelo del martinetto di
sollevamento (vedere: 1 - ISTRUZIONI E NORME
DI SICUREZZA: ISTRUZIONI DI MANUTENZIONE
DEL CARRELLO ELEVATORE).
Posizionare il carrello, con torretta allineata,
su di una superficie piana, rientrare
e sollevare completamente il braccio
telescopico, per accedere meglio ai punti
di riempimento del riduttore rotazione (C5);
fermare il motore termico e attendere che si
raffreddi l'olio idraulico.
Controllare il livello olio riduttore 1 (C5).
Se necessita rabboccare con olio idraulico
((vedere "LUBRIFICANTI") dal tappo di carico
2 (C5).
Il livello dell'olio è corretto quando affiora
dal foro di carico.
Infine riavvitare il tappo di rabbocco.

Swing reduction unit oil control
Raise the jib and place the jib safety wedge on
the rod of the lifting cylinder (see: 1 - OPERATING
AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS: LIFT TRUCK
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS).
Check the rotation gear oil Position the
truck with the turret aligned, on a flat sur-
face, retract and raise the telescopic boom
completely, for better access to the rotation
gear filler points (C5); stop the I.C. engine
and wait for the hydraulic oil to cool down.
Check the gear oil level 1 (C5). If necessary,
top up with hydraulic oil (see "LUBRICANTL"
chart) through the filler plug 2 (C5). The oil
level is correct when it flows out through
the filler hole.
Refit the topping up plug.

De olie van de rotatievertrager
controleren
Hef de arm op en plaats de veiligheidswig
op de stang van de hefcilinder (zie:
1 - VEILIGHEIDSVOORSCHRIFTEN:
ONDERHOUDSINSTRUCTIES VAN DE
HEFTRUCK).
Plaats de heftruck met de zwenkkop in
lijn op een vlak oppervlak. Trek de
telescopische arm volledig in en hef hem
omhoog, om beter toegang te krijgen tot
de vulpunten van de zwenkvertrager (C5).
Zet de verbrandingsmotor stop en wacht
totdat de hydraulische olie afgekoeld is.
Controleer het oliepeil van de vertrager 1 (C5).
Vul indien nodig bij met hydraulische olie ((zie
"SMEERMIDDELEN") via de toevoerdop 2 (C5).
Het oliepeil is correct wanneer het de
toevoeropening raakt.
Draai vervolgens de vuldop weer vast.
