Smontare la cartuccia di silicato G2/7.
Montare la nuova cartuccia di silicato
(vedere: 3 - MANUTENZIONE: ELEMENTI
FILTRANTI E CINGHIE).
Avvitare e serrare la cartuccia di silicato G2/7.
(Coppia di serraggio: 50 Nm).
Non ingrassare l'anello di tenuta della nuova
cartuccia di silicato.
Rifornimento di liquido di raffreddamento
Togliere, pulire e rimettere il flessibile di
scarico G2/5.
Rimettere e stringere il tappo di scarico
G2/3 e il tappo di scarico G2/4.
Riempire lentamente il circuito con
il liquido di raffreddamento (vedere:
3 - MANUTENZIONE: LUBRIFICANTI E
CARBURANTE) attraverso il bocchettone di
riempimento G2/8.
Completare il livello del circuito di
raffreddamento fino al centro dell'indicatore
G2/10
attraverso
il
bocchettone
riempimento G2/8.
Riavvitare il tappo di riempimento del
radiatore G2/1.
Far girare il motore a basso regime per
qualche minuto.
Controllare le eventuali perdite.
Chiudere lo sportellino G2/2.
Controllare il livello e rabboccare se
necessario.

Remove the silicate cartridge G2/7.
Assemble the new silicate cartridge (see: 3
- MAINTENANCE:
BELTS).
Screw in and tighten the silicate cartridge G2/7.
(Tightening torque: 50 Nm).
Do not grease the sealing ring of the new
silicate cartridge.
Adding coolant
Remove, clean and refit drain hose G2/5.
Refit and tighten drain plug G2/3 and drain
plug G2/4.
Slowly fill the circuit with the cooling liquid
(see: 3 - MAINTENANCE: LUBRICANTS AND
FUEL) through the filler port G2/8.
Top up the cooling circuit level up to the
centre of the indicator G2/10 via filler port

G2/8.
Retighten the radiator filler plug G2/1.
Run the engine at idle for a few minutes.
Check for any possible leaks.
Close the panel with the lever 3.
Check the level and refill if necessary.

Demonteer de silicaatfilter G2/7.
Monteer de nieuwe silicaatfilter (zie: 3 -
ONDERHOUD:
FILTER ELEMENTS AND
DRIJFRIEMEN).
Schroef de silicaatfilter G2/7 vast.
(Aanhaalmoment: 50 Nm).
Smeer de afdichtingsring van de nieuwe
silicaatfilter niet in.
Koelvloeistof bijvullen
Verwijder de aftapslang G2/5, maak ze
schoon en breng hem weer op zijn plaats.
Breng de aftapdop G2/3 terug aan en span
hem aan, evenals aftapdop G2/4.
Het
koelmiddel
SMEERMIDDELEN EN BRANDSTOF) via de
vulopening G2/8.
Vul het koelcircuit via de vulopening G2/8
bij tot aan het middelpunt van de indicator
G2/10.
Draai de vuldop van de radiator G2/1 terug
aan.
Laat de motor enkele minuten stationair
draaien.
Controleer op eventuele lekkage.
Sluit het klepje G2/2.
Controleer het peil en vul zo nodig bij.
