Tragen Sie eine Schicht Quicksilver oder Mercury Precision Lubricants
Anti-Corrosion Grease oder 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon auf die
Propellerwelle auf.
WICHTIG: Um zu vermeiden, daß die Propellernabe - besonders bei Betrieb
in Salzwasser - rostet und sich an der Propellerwelle festfrißt, tragen Sie
stets zu den empfohlenen Wartungsintervallen und jedes mal, wenn der
Propeller ausgebaut wird, eine Schicht des empfohlenen Schmiermittels
auf die gesamte Propellerwelle auf.

Propeller mit Flo–Torq I Antriebsnabe – Anlaufscheibe (a), Propeller (b),
Massescheibe (c), Druckstück (d), Propellermutternsicherung (e) und
Propellermutter (f) auf der Welle installieren.

Propeller mit Flo–Torq II Antriebsnabe – vorderes Druckstück (a),
austauschbare
Antriebsmuffe
Propellermutternsicherung (e) und Propellermutter (f) auf der Welle
installieren.

Einen Holzklotz zwischen Getriebegehäuse und Propeller setzen und
Propellermutter auf 75 Nm anziehen.

Die Propellermutter durch Umbiegen von drei der Laschen in die Nuten des
Druckstücks sichern.

DIAMETER VAN 108 MM (VERVOLG)

Breng een laagje Quicksilver of Mercury Precision Lubricants Anti-Corrosion
Grease (corrosiewerend smeervet) of 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon
(scheepssmeermiddel met teflon) op de schroefas aan.
BELANGRIJK: Om te voorkomen dat de schroefnaaf roest en aan de
schroefas vast blijft zitten, vooral in zout water, moet altijd op aanbevolen
onderhoudsintervallen en ook steeds wanneer de schroef wordt
verwijderd, een laagje smeermiddel op de gehele as worden aangebracht.

Schroeven met Flo–Torq I naaf – Installeer drukring (a), schroef (b), massaring
(c), draagring (d), schroefmoerborgklem (e) en schroefmoer (f) op de as.

Schroeven met Flo–Torq II naaf – Installeer voorste draagring (a),
vervangbare
staartstukbus
schroefmoerborgklem (e) en schroefmoer (f) op de as.

Plaats een blok hout tussen het onderwaterhuis en de schroef en draai de
schroefmoer tot 75 N⋅m aan.

Zet de schroefmoer vast door drie van de lippen in de draagringgroeven te
buigen.

Rivestite l'albero dell'elica di grasso anticorrosivo Quicksilver o Mercury
Precision Lubricants o lubrificante Quicksilver o Mercury Precision 2-4-C per
imbarcazioni contenente Teflon.
IMPORTANTE: per impedire che il mozzo dell'elica si corroda e grippi
sull'albero dell'elica, applicare sempre uno strato di lubrificante del tipo
raccomandato all'intero albero dell'elica agli intervalli di manutenzione
raccomandati e ogniqualvolta viene smontata l'elica, soprattutto in acqua
salata.

Eliche con mozzo di trasmissione Flo–Torq I – Installare la rondella reggispinta
(a), l'elica (b), la rondella di continuità (c), il mozzo reggispinta (d), il fermo del
dado dell'elica (e) e il dado dell'elica (f) sull'albero.

Eliche con mozzo di trasmissione Flo–Torq II – Installare la rondella reggispinta
anteriore (a), il manicotto di trasmissione sostituibile (b), l'elica (c), il mozzo
reggispinta (d), il fermo del dado dell'elica (e) e il dado dell'elica (f) sull'albero.

Collocare un blocco di legno tra la scatola ingranaggi e l'elica e serrare il dado
dell'elica a 75 N⋅m.
10
Fissare il dado dell'elica ripiegando tre delle linguette nelle scanalature del
mozzo reggispinta.
