Tragen Sie eine Schicht Quicksilver oder Mercury Precision Lubricants
Anti-Corrosion Grease oder 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon auf die
Propellerwelle auf.
WICHTIG: Um zu vermeiden, daß die Propellernabe - besonders bei Betrieb
in Salzwasser - rostet und sich an der Propellerwelle festfrißt, tragen Sie
stets zu den empfohlenen Wartungsintervallen und jedes mal, wenn der
Propeller ausgebaut wird, eine Schicht des empfohlenen Schmiermittels
auf die gesamte Propellerwelle auf.

Flo-Torque I Propellernabe - Vorderes Druckstück (a), Propeller (b),
Propellermuttersicherung (c) und Propellermutter (d) auf der Welle installieren.

Flo-Torque II Propellernabe - Vorderes Druckstück (a), Propeller (b),
auswechselbare Antriebsmuffe (c), hinteres Druckstück (d), Sicherung (e)
und Propellermutter (f) auf der Welle installieren.

Propellermutternsicherung auf die Stifte (a) aufsetzen. Ein Stück Holz
zwischen Getribegehäuse und Propeller stecken und die Propellermutter auf
75 Nm anziehen,, wobei die flachen Seiten der Propellermutter auf die
Laschen der Halterung ausgerichtet werden.

Die Propellermutter sichern. Hierzu die Laschen (b) nach oben gegen die
flachen Seiten der Propellermutter biegen.

Zündkerzenkabel wieder anbringen.

DIAMETER VAN 83 MM (VERVOLG)

Breng een laagje Quicksilver of Mercury Precision Lubricants Anti-Corrosion
Grease (corrosiewerend smeervet) of 2-4-C Marine Lubricant with Teflon
(scheepssmeermiddel met teflon) op de schroefas aan.
BELANGRIJK: Om te voorkomen dat de schroefnaaf roest en aan de
schroefas vast blijft zitten, vooral in zout water, moet altijd op aanbevolen
onderhoudsintervallen en ook steeds wanneer de schroef wordt
verwijderd, een laagje smeermiddel op de gehele as worden aangebracht.

Schroeven met Flo-Torque I Drive naaf - Breng de voorste drukring (a), schroef
(b), schroefmoerborgring (c) en schroefmoer (d) op de as aan.

Schroeven met Flo-Torque II Drive naaf - Breng de voorste drukring (a), de
schroef (b), de vervangbare staartstukbus (c), de achterste dukring (d), de
borgring (e) en de schroefmoer (f) op de as aan.

Plaats de schroefborgring over de pennen (a). Zet een blok hout tussen het
onderwaterhuis en de schroef en draai de schroefmoer tot 75 N.m aan. Zorg
dat de platte kanten van de schroefmoer in lijn liggen met de lippen op de
schroefborgring.

Zet de schroefmoer vast door de lippen (b) omhoog te buigen tegen de platte
kanten van de schroefmoer aan.

Sluit de bougiekabels weer aan.

Rivestite l'albero dell'elica di grasso anticorrosivo Quicksilver o Mercury
Precision Lubricants o lubrificante Quicksilver o Mercury Precision 2-4-C per
imbarcazioni contenente Teflon.
IMPORTANTE: per impedire che il mozzo dell'elica si corroda e grippi
sull'albero dell'elica, applicare sempre uno strato di lubrificante del tipo
raccomandato all'intero albero dell'elica agli intervalli di manutenzione
raccomandati e ogniqualvolta viene smontata l'elica, soprattutto in acqua
salata.

Eliche con mozzo di trasmissione Flo-Torque I - Installare il reggispinta
anteriore (a), l'elica (b), il fermo del dado dell'elica (c) e il dado dell'elica (d)
sull'albero.

Eliche con mozzo de trasmissione Flo-Torque II - Installare il reggispinta
anteriore (a), l'elica (b), il manicotto di trasmissione sostituibile (c), il
reggispinta posteriore (d), il fermo (e) e il dado dell'elica (f) sull'albero.

Inserire il fermo del dado dell'elica nei perni (a). Inserire un blocco di legno tra
la scatola degli ingranaggi e l'elica e serrare il dado dell'elica a 75 N·m,
allineandone i lati piatti con le linguette poste sul fermo del dado.

Fissare il dado dell'elica piegando verso l'alto le linguette (b) contro i lati piatti
del dado.
11
Reinstallare i conduttori delle candele.
