Possible cause
- Battery voltage too low
- Fault in the power circuit or
the electronic components
- The charging station (19) is
not correctly installed.
- Damaged blades (10)
- A large amount of foreign
bodies adhere to the blades
(10)
- The robot lawn mower has
started too close to obstac-
les
- Damaged blade drive or
drive motor
- Other parts of the robot lawn
mower are damaged
- Incorrect work time settings
- The battery charge level is
too low and drops below
30%.
- The rain sensor has tripped.
- The robot lawn mower has
become overheated.
- Twilight is falling, making it
impossible for the camera
unit to work correctly.
- The charging station (19) is
in a position that receives
only a weak GNSS signal
- Obstacles in the immediate
vicinity of the guide cable
loop are preventing the mo-
wer from reaching the loop.

Remedy
- Bring the robot lawn mower back to the
charging station (19) for charging.
- Switch on the main switch (7) (ON).
- Contact your customer service center.
- Bring the robot lawn mower back to the
charging station (19) for charging.
- Switch on the main switch (7) (ON).
- Contact your customer service center.
- Replace the blades (10). The 3 blades
(10) must all be replaced together at the
same time.
- The operating effi ciency of the robot lawn
mower is dependent on the sharpness of
the blades (10). You should therefore en-
sure that the blades (10) are maintained in
good condition.
- To avoid cutting yourself, be sure to switch
off the robot lawn mower and wear work
gloves while you clean the blades (10).
- Arrange for the motor to be repaired or
replaced by your customer service center.
- Check the work time settings.
- The robot lawn mower will begin and end
its work in accordance with the set time
window. Outside this time window the
robot lawn mower stays in the charging
station (19).
- Adapt the position of the charging station
(19) and delete the mapping as described
in the operating instructions.
- Adapt the shape of the guide cable loop /
enlarge the guide cable loop.
