Een gebruikersgroep is bezet als alle leden bezet zijn, als oproep-in-de-wacht wordt
geweigerd, als oproep-in-de-wacht niet is ingeschakeld voor een van de gebruikers-
groepsleden en als noch het element telefonistenconsole noch het element algemeen
belsignaal is geactiveerd.
Een UG met geactiveerde
kers zich in een externe- of een interne oproep bevindt (zie "Home Alone",
pagina 499).
