Switching analogue/digital servo „DS" (see figure 20, item 4)
The gyro is able to control analogue or digital servos. When using an analogue servo, the slider „DS" must be set to
„OFF".
When a digital servo is used, the sliding switch „DS" must be put in the position „ON". Switching is possible with a
small screwdriver.
Attention, important!
If an analogue servo is to be used and the slider „DS" is set to „ON", the servo can be destroyed by the high
control frequency.
Switching the servo rotating direction „DIR" (see figure 20, item 5)
For the gyro to prevent the helicopter model from turning around the vertical axis (rotor shaft), it must always control
the tail servo to create an opposing turn.
For the gyro to be usable in different helicopter models, there is the option of using the slider „DIR" to change the
effective direction of the automatic corrective control commands from normal („NOR") to reversed (= „REV").
