IV. Environment
To dispose of your appliance, do not include it with household waste but try to use
a recycling centre in order to help protect the environment.
The rechargeable battery inside your Luminette® contains substances which could
harm the environment.
So please remove the used battery from the appliance before disposing of it, and
dispose of it separately in a battery recycling bin. If you can't remove the battery,
please return the appliance to the vendor.
To remove the rechargeable battery:
•
Ensure that the appliance is unplugged and that the battery is flat.
•
Unscrew the two arms using a correctly sized screwdriver.
•
Remove the plastic cover from the rechargeable battery.
•
Remove the AAA rechargeable battery from the metal holder.
