16. DISPLAY OF THE INTERNAL RESISTANCE
The charger can display the internal resistance of the connected battery.
For multi-cell lithium batteries, each cell can also be shown separately, as long as the battery has a balancer con-
nector which is connected to the charger (either directly or through the balancer board).
Proceed as follows:
• Use the "INC" or DEC" buttons to select the function "BATT RESISTANCE".
• Confirm your selection by pressing the "ENTER/START" button.
The charger then measures the internal resistance of the connected
battery ("Check battery...", "Wait......").
• After a short while, the internal resistance (internal resistance per individual
cell in multi-cell lithium batteries) appears in the display.
• If the battery has more than 4 cells, use the "INC" or "DEC" buttons to
toggle between:
- Internal resistance of the cells 1 - 4
- Internal resistance of the cells 5 - 8
• With the "BATT/PROG/STOP" button, you can return to the main menu as
usual.
