Aan de kolommen:
Voor type 'eindkolom':
• Schuif de geleider in de pen van de kolom
en schroef deze vast met inbusschroe-

ven BN 1206 M8x10 (met inbussleutel
SW4).
Voor type 'verschoven kolom':
• Leg het scharnier* in de geleider op het
kopstuk van de kolom en schroef deze vast
met inbusschroeven DIN913 M8x25 (met
inbussleutel SW4).

* Ter info; het scharnier staat af fabriek op de juiste positie op de
geleider volgens de bestelde positionering. Op de werf kan men dit
eventueel nog aanpassen door beide bouten los te zetten en het schar-
nierpunt te verschuiven. (met inbussleutel SW6)
5.4.2. Plaatsen van de opspanband
• Steek eerst de band over het keerwieltje
bovenaan (ter hoogte van de screenbox),
draai het dan over het keerwieltje onder-
aan (ter hoogte van de kolom) en zet dan
de lus bovenaan vast over de as van de
loopwagen.

De zwarte markeringslijn (op de band)
dient als referentie om te zien of deze niet
getorst is.
• Sluit de elektriciteitskabels (tijdelijk) aan op
het stroomnet.
Aux colonnes :
Pour le type 'colonne à l'extrémité':
• Glissez la coulisse sur la tige de la colonne
et vissez-la à l'aide de vis type BN

1206 M8x10 (avec clé Allen SW4).
Pour le type 'colonne décalée':
• Placez la charnière* dans la coulisse sur la
partie supérieure de la colonne et vissez-la
à l'aide de vis type DIN913 M8x25 (avec
une clé Allen SW4).

* Pour info : la charnière se trouve à la bonne position sur la coulisse
lors de la livraison, selon la position à la commande. On peut éven-
tuellement encore adapter celle-ci sur le chantier en dévissant les deux
boulons et en déplaçant légèrement la charnière (à l'aide d'une clé
Allen SW6)
5.4.2. Montage de la courroie de tension
• Passez d'abord la courroie autour de la
roue de retour par le dessus (à la hauteur
du caisson), tournez-la ensuite vers le bas
(à la hauteur de la colonne) et fixez la
boucle sur l'axe du chariot.

La ligne noire (sur la courroie) sert de
repère pour vérifier que celle-ci n'est pas
tordue.
• Branchez (temporairement) les câbles élec-
trique sur le réseau.

Für Typ ‚Endpfosten':
• Schieben Sie die Führung in den Stift des
Pfostens
und schrauben Sie diese mit

Für Typ ‚versetzter Pfosten':
• Legen Sie das Scharnier* in die Führung
am Endstück des Pfostens und schrauben
Sie diese mit Inbusschrauben DIN913
M8x25 (mit Inbusschlüssel SW4) fest.

* Zur Information: Das Scharnier befindet sich ab Werk in der richtigen
Position an der Führung laut bestellter Positionierung. Auf der Baustelle
kann man dies eventuell noch anpassen, indem man beide Bolzen löst
und den Scharnierpunkt verschiebt. (mit Inbusschlüssel SW6)
5.4.2. Montage des Spannbands
• Führen Sie zuerst das Band über die obere
Umlenkrolle (in Höhe der Kassette), ziehen
Sie es dann über die untere Umlenkrolle
(in Höhe des Pfostens) und befestigen Sie
die Schlaufe oben über der Achse des Lauf-
wagens.

Die schwarze Markierungslinie (am Band)
dient als Referenz, um zu prüfen, ob es
nicht verdreht ist.
• Schließen Sie die Stromkabel an das
Stromnetz an (temporär).
Lapure
On the columns:
For the 'end column' type:
• Slide the guide into the pin of the column
and fasten it with BN 1206 M8x10

hex socket screws (using hex key SW4).
For the 'shifted column' type:
• Place the hinge* in the guide onto the
headpiece of the column and fasten it with
hex socket screws DIN913 M8x25 (using
hex key SW4).

* For your information; the hinge is preset to the proper position on the
guide according to the positioning ordered. On site, this can still be
adjusted if necessary by loosening both bolts and sliding the hinge
point (using hex key SW6).
5.4.2. Positioning the stretch belt
• First stick the belt over the pulley at the top
(near the screen box), then turn it over the
pulley at the bottom (near the column) and
then secure the loop at the top over the
shaft of the carriage.

The black indicator line (on the belt) serves
as a reference to check that it is not twisted.
• Connect (temporarily) the electrical cables
to the mains.
