Vor der Erstinbetriebnahme des
Schwaders
Anhängung
Ge lenkwelle

anpassen.
BEACHTEN! Eine optimale Be weg-
lichkeit der Gelenkewelle und
Laufruhe des Schwa ders kann nur
durch richtiges Anhän gen erreicht
werden. Die Gelenkwelle so mon-
tieren, daß das Doppelgelenk
maschinenseitig angebracht ist.
Anhängung an die Unterlenker
Unterlenker des Schleppers in
die Tragbolzen der Anhängebügel
einhängen und mit Klapp fe der -
stecker sichern.
Unterlenkern seitlich festsestzen.
In angehängtem Zustand den
Schwader mit den Unterlenkern
soweit
ablassen,
Längsrahmen (3) waagrecht bis
leicht nach vorne geneigt ist.

Unterlenker in vorgenommener
Einstellung mit der Hydraulik blo-
ckieren (Abb. 6).
Gelenkwelle
Gelenkwelle auf Schlepperzapf-
welle aufschieben.
Maschinenseitig
Gelenkwelle nur in zwei Positionen
eingerastet werden (um 180°
gedreht) (Abb. 8).
Vor dem ersten Einsatz Länge
der Gelenkwelle bei Kurvenfahrt
überprüfen.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme
der Gelenkwelle prüfen,
ob die Verschlüsse sicher
eingerastet sind.

TRACTOR

Before the first operation of the
Schlepper
swather, make sure that the hitch
and the PTO shaft suit the trac-
tor.
NOTE! Modifying the hitch of
the machine to suit the tractor
will allow the swather to poerate
smoothy and the PTO shaft joints
to work at the maximum angle.
Mount the universal drive shaft
in such a way that the constant
velocity joint is mounted at the
machine.

Links
Connect the lower links of the
tractor to the pins of cross bar and
secure with linch pins.
Lock lower links against lateral
movements.
Lower the swather with the lower
bis

links until main frame (3) is hori-
zontal or slightly tilted forward.
Lock lower links in this position
with the tractor hydraulics (fig. 6).
Drive Shaft
Connect drive shaft to the tractor
PTO shaft.

At the machine, the universal
drive shaft can only be locked in
two positions (turned by 180°)
(Fig. 8).
When fitting the machine to a
tractor for the first time, check
if the length of the drive shaft is
correct.
Check that all locks are
securely engaged before
starting work with the
drive shaft.
