Communicatieprofielen
De interne veldbus ondersteunt drie communicatieprofielen:
• DCU communicatieprofiel
• ABB Drives beperkt communicatieprofiel
• ABB Drives volledig communicatieprofiel
Het DCU-profiel breidt de besturings- en statusinterface uit tot 32 bit en vormt de
interne interface tussen de belangrijkste omvormerapplicatie en de interne veld-
busomgeving. Het "ABB Drives" beperkte profiel is gebaseerd op de PROFIBUS-

Er zijn twee implementaties van het ABB Drives communicatieprofiel beschikbaar:
ABB drives volledig en ABB drives beperkt. Het ABB Drives communicatieprofiel is
actief als parameter
DRV
LIM. Het Controlwoord en Statuswoord voor het profiel worden hieronder
beschreven.
Het ABB drives communicatieprofiel kan worden gebruikt via zowel EXT1 als EXT2. De
Controlwoord-opdrachten gelden wanneer parameter
