Removal procedure:
– Remove the installation block
– Loosen the nut (6)
– Pull off the impeller (5)
– Pull off the floating ring seal (3) and, if avail-
able, the intermediate ring (4)
– Loosen the screws between the motor and
the housing lid
– Pull off the housing lid (7)
– Pull off the counter ring (1)
Installation procedure
– Clean all components thoroughly before
assembly. The sliding surfaces of the float-
ing ring seals in particular must be clean
and undamaged.
– Fit the housing lid (7)
– Place and tighten the screws between the
motor and housing lid
– Insert the new counter ring with the help of
the assembly aid (2)
– Insert the floating ring seal (3) and, if availa-
ble, the intermediate ring (4)
– Insert the impeller (5)
– Fit and tighten the nut incl. the washer (6)
– Install the installation block
