3. Carefully lower the pump head with the rotor shaft and impeller into the pump housing.
4. Replace the hex head bolts and tighten them crosswise. M8 = 25 Nm

4.4.3 Differential pressure sensor handling
The pump has a built-in PI controller and a differential pressure sensor, which enables the feed
pressure to be regulated under constant pressure and proportional pressure operating modes. The
required set value for each operating mode can be set on the Biral control panel using keys. The
sensor is already installed ex works. If the motor or the pump head is rotated, the capillary tubes
must be routed again.
Remove the capillary tubes at the connection to the frequency inverter. After aligning the pump
head, the tubes must be rerouted. Take care not to overstretch the capillary tubes.
