Solution
The hob must be switched off, then
touch the on/off key and hold it for
5 seconds.
Check that your home network signal
is strong and internet connection is
working.

network router closer to the appliance.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled, and the

network is working. Repeat the
connection setup if necessary.
