PTO Thrust Bearing
The C-161 Twin is equipped with a thrust
bearing between the engine and the drive
pulley. The bearing
must
be preloaded, if
the drive pulley is ever loosened or removed.
To preload the thrust bearing, assemble
the PTO as described, and engage the PTO.
Tighten the set screws in the drive pulley
and disengage PTO.
