Cleaning of the water filters
Clean the filter cartridge (60 μ) of the water filter and strainer (3/4") regularly,
remove possible dirt. Before dismantling the bowl (cartridge filter) you should
first release the pressure, next clean the filter. Replace the filter cartridge filter
and every damaged parts (O-ring, ...) if necessary to ensure good performance
under pressure and water- tightness of the whole filter. Loosen the filter at the
bottom of the trailer (at the height of the position light) simply and clean it. If
necessary, you can replace the sieve.

Cleaning fuel tank + oil and fuel filters
Disconnect the oil- and fuel filters and clean them, possibly replace.
Empty the fuel tank. Remove the drain plug and catch possible dirt in a can.
Rinse and clean the tank with a little bit off clean fuel and close the drain plug.

Maintenance engine general
For maintenance activities to the engine we advise to consult also the supplied
instructions for engine use. Recommended oil: 1.836.012 (3.2 Ltr @ 1.611.153 - 3.7
Ltr @ 1.611.163).

Oil drain engine
Remove the drain plug of the engine block. The drain plug is mounted below
the trailer (cut-out at the bottom plate). Couple the drain hose to the engine
block nipple, the oil flows away through the flexible hose. Drain all used oil in
a drip pan. Replace the oil filter if necessary (see manual). Push the drain plug
again in the engine block (end of oil maintenance). Attention: remove the dirty
oil from the drip pan on environmental friendly method.
9
Oil filling engine
Remove the fill cap (8) on top of the engine. Fill the engine crankcase with oil
(type oil see technical data). Check the oil-level by means of the mark lines on
the oil-level dipstick (7). Replace the fill cap again.
See: "Visual perception" on page 15 .

Air filter engine
The air filter is mounted at the radiator of the fuel engine (see imags left).
A vacuum detector is mounted on the back side of this filter and gives a signal
when the air filter is polluted. At pollution an indication goes on at the control
panel. After the going on of the indication light, the air filter must be cleaned or
replaced as soon as possible. It's also recommended to check or replace the air
filter as described at the maintenance diagram and the motor specifications.
At the switching on of the machine the filter state is checked automatically and
the indication extinguish as soon as the filter is clean or replaced.
