Before taking into use; check if the product can be used and does not affect
the material of the cleaner. Always read the information on the packaging of the
used product. Check if the necessary personal protective equipment (gloves,
clothing, optical device ...) are used. Observe the instructions of the product
conscientiously!
At any doubt, get in touch with the sales representative
of the product or an acknowledged technician.

Spark arrestors are especially to minimize the fire hazard of internal combustion
engines operating in a highly combustible environment. The spark arrestors are
to be mounted in the flues where they remove sparks or other particles from
the gas stream. Its operation is based on the centrifugal principle.
A number of fixed blades make the gas stream rotate, swinging the particles
against the outer wall where they are collected in the spark arrestors.
Check and clean every 2 months the spark arrestor on soot (at the top and
bottom). You can do this by opening the plug and blowing through the spark
arrestors using compressed air.
Before driving the vehicle on public roads, dismantle the spark arrestors by
sliding them away from the chimney!

Caution: Do not dismantle the spark arrestor immediately
after spraying activities. Beware of possible residual
heat, ensure adequate protective equipment!
First, cool down the appliance completely!

This shutdown valve is available in electronic version and mechanical version.
When flammable gas or vapor drawn into the intake of a diesel engine acts
as an additional ungoverned fuel supply and can cause uncontrolled engine
overspeed followed by mechanical failure or flash back from the intake,
resulting in ignition of the surrounding flammable atmosphere. When this
occurs, the only way to stop the engine is by the operation of an air intake
electronic shutdown (shut-off) valve.
This electronic valves interrupts , in this case the air supply to the engine so it
cannot run "uncontrolled" when fuel possibly enters , the valve will close after
activating emergency stop or key contact.
Attention: the error message - 'air filter' is considered separately
and also makes the engine shut down anyway. The PLC can
choose if the output of the shut- off valve will be low or not.
The mechanical version will close the valve when the engine is gettting to high
in rotational speed according to the preset value.
The valve can be set via adjusting screw and lock nut at the air inlet hose.
