Beoogd gebruik
Het QIAstat-Dx Gastrointestinal Panel 2 is een multiplexe nucleïnezuurtest die is bestemd voor
gebruik met de QIAstat-Dx Analyzer 1.0 en QIAstat-Dx Rise voor de simultane kwalitatieve
detectie en identificatie van nucleïnezuren van diverse virussen, bacteriën en parasieten
rechtstreeks van ontlastingsmonsters in Cary-Blair-transportmedium verkregen van personen
met tekenen en/of symptomen van gastro-intestinale infectie. De volgende virussen, bacteriën
(waaronder verscheidene pathotypen van E. coli/Shigella die diarree veroorzaken) en
parasieten worden geïdentificeerd met het QIAstat-Dx Gastrointestinal Panel 2:

Astrovirus
Norovirus (GI/GII)
Rotavirus A
Sapovirus (GI, GII, GIV, GV)
Campylobacter (C. jejuni, C.
