polymerasekettingreactie (Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR) die is ontwikkeld en gevalideerd
voor de evaluatie van prestaties; wanneer amplificatie wordt waargenomen in de PCR, werd
de amplicon geverifieerd door bidirectionele sequencing (Bi-directional Sequencing, BDS).
Oplossen van tegenstrijdige resultaten
Indien er geen overeenstemming was met de referentiemethode, werden tests uitgevoerd om
de aanwezigheid/afwezigheid van specifieke doelwitten vast te stellen. De onderstaande
tabel 18 beschrijft de methoden die zijn gebruikt om tegenstrijdigheden op te lossen.
