To access the gear motor, auger, fumes exhaust and fumes probe:
• Unplug and disconnect the fumes exhaust pipes.
• Pull the stove out of its built-in position.
• Loosen the 3 screws on the inspection panel + the 6 screws on the extractor cover (see Fig. 36 page 34) .
• If you need to replace the auger, loosen the 2 screws on the hand protection plate.
