TO LISTEN TO A COMPACT DISC (CD)
PROGRAM PLAYBACK - TO PROGRAM TRACKS

Perform the program playback when the input selector is set
to CD and the unit is stopped.
@ Amaximum
of 24 CD tracks can be programmed.
Example: To play CD tracks No. 7 and No. 3 respectively.
1. Press the
button and [PROGRAM] will be displayed.
2. Press the &] button.

The RT/PGM indicator lights and the program mode is set.
3. Press the &J and & buttons and select (7).
4. Press the
button.

The total playing time of the programmed selection is dis-
played.
5. Press the 3 and & buttons and select (3).
6. Press the
button.

The total playing time of the programmed selection is dis-
played.
7. Pressthe ©
button.

Playback starts.
NOTE:
When settings are performed with the buttons on the main unit,
the setting mode is canceled if no buttons are pressed within 10
seconds.
m Programming with the remote control ( [5!)
1. Press the PROGRAM button.
2. Press the NUMBER KEY in the desired listening order.
@ The display method differs when the selection number is
greater than 11. Refer to page 38 for notes on the opera-
tion.
4. Play starts.
NOTE:
If a selection number is input with the number key during pro-
grammed play, the new data can be added to the program.
