Panettone/Stollen (1000 g)

Strawberry marmalade

500 g strawberries

250 g sugar

3 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 TSP concentrated lemon juice
Cleaning
ATTENTION!
■
Burn hazard associated with hot device parts! Let the device and accessories cool
off each time before you clean them.
■
Danger of electrocution! Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket. Never
submerge the device, the mains cord, and the plug in water. Never place the device
in the dishwasher.
■
Do not fi ll the device with water. The heating elements may not come into contact
with the water or other liquids.
■
Do not spray any cleaners directly on or into the device.
■
The accessories are not suitable for the dishwasher!
■
When cleaning, do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface. Do not use any metallic objects.

Clean the device housing with a damp cloth.
•
Clean the baking pan, dough hook, measuring cup and measuring spoon with warm
water and a mild detergent.
•
The lid of the device can be removed for easier cleaning. Flip up the cover, pull it
up and out of the device. Clean the lid with warm water and a small amount of mild
detergent. Only place the lid back on the device once it has dried completely.

Pizza dough
•
240 ml water
•
450 g household fl our (light wheat
fl our)
•
1 TSP dry yeast
•
1 TSP salt
•
2 TSP olive oil
Prepare pizza dough with the Dou-
gh programme. Then roll it out on
a surface sprinkled with fl our, top
as desired and bake at 220 °C (top
and bottom heat) in the oven for
approximately 15 – 20 minutes.
