In het startmenu kunt u onder het menupunt Nieuwe patiënt
"4.7.3 Beademingsmodus voor nieuwe patiënt kiezen",
pagina 75)
de lengte van de patiënt instellen. Uit de ingestelde
lengte en het bijbehorende ideale lichaamsgewicht (IBW = Ideal
Body Weight) berekent het apparaat de passende
beademingsparameters.
De IBW-waarde wordt als volgt berekend:
