Turn off
When you interrupt or stop the cleaning activities, be sure to bear in mind the
following instructions in order to be able to switch off the cleaner.
LANCE AND SPRAY GUN
Uncouple the lance and put it away. Put the operating switch on OFF.
Close the water supply. Roll up the high and low pressure hoses.
CLEANER
Drain off the water from the supply tank (by means of a drain off tap beneath
the trailer). If necessary, clean the water filter(s). Slightly clean the cleaner with
a tissue. Close the protection cover and bolt the locks. Hold the manual and the
ignition keys within arm's reach. Close the gas supply valves of the CNG tanks
fully when turning off the cleaner.
The valves must be re- opened completely when
you put the machine back into service.
WATER OUTLET
See chapter "Safety – general warnings" on page 9 & "1 Accomplisch
water supply" on page 15 .
PUT AWAY CLEANER
Store the cleaner in a dry and frost free place at a horizontal and stable subsoil.
Pull the trailer brake and/or place the wheel locks. Turn the jockey wheel
downwards and bolt it. Uncouple the safety cable as well as the electricity wire
from the trailer. Uncouple the drawbar JMB-M from the towbar.
Store the cleaner preventively in an area free from possible
ignition sources! Make sure this area is well ventilated!
Use of a gas detection meter is recommended!
BATTERY
Storing the battery for a long period (long time out of use) will cause reduction
of capacity. This reduction will increase at higher temperatures. Therefore, store
the trailer with battery always at a cool ambient temperature (< 25°C).
Observe the following points during storage:
• Recharge the system to preferably 90% (or ocasionally to 100% to calibrate
the measurement).
• Push the emergency stop button.
• Disconnect the service disconnect switch (click lever upwards).
• Check, at long period storage (every 2-3 months), regularly the battery
capacity! If necessary, recharge the battery system if the voltage has dropped
below 52 volts (the measurement can only take place with the system fully
powered up).
• In case of a long shutdown: always charge the system fully, including the
balancing phase of the battery system, i.e. until the "charging finished" phase.
This can take many hours after a long shutdown.
Do not store or keep the battery empty! The battery should
be charged to 90% for a longer battery life BUT once a month
the battery should be charged to 100% (for BMS calibrating
purpose) (charging via mains) before long-term storage! Do not
fully discharge the battery during use (the BMS will check this).
It is recommended that the battery capacity should always be
between minimum 15% (0% on the display) and 90% percent.
Also do not let the battery capacity go constantly below 5%!
