The layout of the keys in the figures is

PIEZOELECTRIC BUTTON (GAS). It

performs one function:
1. When pressed, it produces the spark
to ignite pilot light.
THERMOSTAT KNOB (GAS).

It performs two different functions:
1. Emits gas in the circuit to ignite the
burner.
2. Temperature regulation.
PILOT LIGHT GAS INLET KEY

(GAS): When pressed, it introduces
gas in the ignition circuit for the pilot light.
/ GENERAL SWITCH-OFF KEY: When
pressed, it stops the gas flow to the pilot
light.
ONLY FOR "N" VERSIONS
IGNITION KNOB AND THERMO-

STAT. It performs three different
functions: 1. Start/Stop of the electri-
cal voltage inside the circuit. / 2. Re-
gulation of the operating temperature.
/ 3. Start/Stop the heating phase.

Performs three different functions:
1. Start/Stop of the electrical voltage
within the circuit.
2. Piezo and Burner Ignition: produces
the ignition spark on the pilot flame and
introduces gas in the heating circuit
3. Regulation of the operating tempera-
ture.
4.Zero Position: Stops the inflow of gas to
the pilot flame.
RED INDICATOR LIGHT:

The indicator is subject to use
of the thermostat knob. The lighting
of the indicator signals a heating phase.

Start the appliance only after ha-
ving filled the cooking compart-
ment with oil/grease at the proper
level. Any other use is considered improper
and therefore dangerous.
Too much oil/grease inside the co-
oking compartment can cause it to
spill over and the residual risk of
