TROUBLESHOOTING
Trouble
The motors do not work; the display (60) does
not turn on.
The machine does not move and the display (60)
shows the alarm:
WARNING ALARM E27
At machine start-up, the switch (62) LED flashes
and the brushes do not work.
The brushes do not work, the battery symbol
(60-C) border flashes and the display shows the
alarm message:
WARNING ALARM E31
When working, the display shows the alarm
message:
WARNING ALARM E17
The display (60) shows the alarm message:
WARNING ALARM E14
While recharging the batteries with the on-board
battery charger, the display (60) shows the alarm
message:
WARNING ALARM C4 or D3
The display (60) shows an alarm message of the
following type:
WARNING ALARM XX
Where "XX" is a code other than those listed
above.
The recovery water vacuuming is insufficient.
The solution flow is insufficient.
The squeegee leaves marks on the floor.
NOTE
If the machine has an optional battery charger installed, the machine cannot operate if the charger is not on board. In case
of battery charger malfunction, contact an authorized Service Center.

Possible Cause
The battery connector is disconnected.
The batteries are discharged.
Machine turned on with paddle pressed.
Machine switched off without first raising the
brush deck.
The batteries are discharged.
The brush motors are overloaded.
There are foreign materials (tangled threads,
etc.) preventing the brushes from rotating.
Drive motor overload.
Battery charger not able to correctly recharge the
batteries within the maximum time.
The machine electronic control system is in
alarm condition.
The recovery tank is full.
The hose is disconnected from the squeegee.
The vacuum grid is clogged or the float is
closing.
The debris tray is clogged.
The squeegee is dirty, or the squeegee blades
are worn or damaged.
The tank cover is not properly closed, or the
gasket is damaged.
The solution/clean water tap is closed.
The solution/clean water filter is dirty.
Dirty/encrusted EcoFlex™ system tank
(optional).
There is debris under the squeegee blades.
The squeegee blades are worn, chipped or torn.
The squeegee is not balanced with the
handwheel.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Connect.
Charge the batteries.
Release the paddle.
If the problem persists, contact an authorized
Service Center.
Wait for the deck to raise before turning the
brushes on again by pressing the switch.
Charge the batteries.
If the problem persists, replace the batteries.
Use less aggressive brushes and/or avoid
working with extra pressure turned on.
Clean the brush hubs.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
Avoid using the machine on slopes greater than
those indicated or going over excessively tall
obstacles.
Run the battery charging cycle again.
If the problem persists, replace the batteries.
Turn off the machine and then turn it on again.
If the problem persists, contact an authorized
Service Center.
Empty the tank.
Connect.
Clean the grid or check the float.
Clean.
Clean and check the squeegee.
Close the cover properly or replace the gasket.
Open the tap.
Clean the filter.
Drain.
Remove the debris.
Replace the blades.
Adjust.
