Troubleshooting
Unplug and plug the cable connector in again, making sure it is fully inserted inside the
charging station socket and vehicle inlet. Check that the cable connectors are fully inserted
inside the charging station socket and vehicle inlet. Check that the problem is neither cable-
nor vehicle-related and attempt another charging session (if possible with another vehicle or
another cable).
Restart eProWallbox Move from the circuit breaker in the electrical panel, leaving the
eProWallbox Move switched off for at least 60 seconds.
Check that the problem is neither cable- nor vehicle-related, attempting charge with another
cable and/or charging station.
