Troubleshooting
Restart eProWallbox Move from the circuit breaker in the electrical panel, leaving the
eProWallbox Move switched off for at least 60 seconds. If it is necessary to charge the
vehicle, disable the MIDcounter and contact customer service.

If socket is damaged avoid using charging station and contact customer service. Check that
the problem is neither cable- nor vehicle-related and attempt another charging session (if
possible with another vehicle or another cable).
Unplug and plug the cable connector in again, making sure it is fully inserted inside the
charging station socket and vehicle inlet. Check that the problem is neither cable- nor vehi-
