2.8.b - Dismounting of the radiant panel (only for SLR) (fig.14)
a. Dismount all the collector units (26).
2.8.c - Electric panel disassembly (fig.15)
a. Disassemble the electric panel (26) by undoing the respective screws.
b. Reassemble the electric panel (26) on the opposite side of the appliance through the respective screws
(26a).
c. Dismount the condensation collection basin (7)
d. Remount it on the opposite side with the corresponding fixing screws (7a).
2.8.d - Dismounting the heat exchanger (fig.16-17)
a. Undo the four screws (27a) which secure the heat exchanger;
b. Remove the heat exchanger (27);
c. Remove the drip edge extension (17) from the central basing (for SLR/SL 200-400-600-800-1000
models);
d. On the opposite side, remove the cap (17a) on the condensation discharge hole;
e. Undo the fixing screw (27b) of the central condensation collection basin, move the basin on the oppo-
site side so as that the connection for the drip edge extension protrudes from the structure and then
lock the basin with the previously dismounted screw (27b) (only for SLR/SL 200-400-600-800-1000
models);
f. Reinsert the drip edge extension (17) (for SLR/SL 200-400-600-800-1000 models) and the cap (17a)
on the opposite side (for SLR/SL 1100-1400-1600 models);
g. Open the precut hexagonal holes on the right lateral insulation and close the left shoulder hexagonal
holes with insulating material;
h. Rotate the heat exchanger (27) by bringing the connections on the opposite side and reinsert it on the machine;
i. Tighten all the fixing screws (27a) of the lower heat exchanger.
Once all the described operations have been completed, remount all the previously dismounted
components following the dismounting operations in reverse order.

2.9 - FILLING THE SYSTEM

During start-up of the system, make sure that the holder on the water system is open. In the case of absence
of power supply and the thermal valve has already been powered previously, it will be necessary to use the
specific hood to press the valve disc to open it.

2.10 - AIR EVACUATION DURING FILLING OF THE SYSTEM

a. Open all the interception devices of the system (manual or automatic);
b. Start filling by slowly opening the system water loading valve;
c. For SL models installed in vertical position, work using a screwdriver on the highest breather of the battery
28) (fig.18)
For SLR models with radiant panel, work using a screwdriver both on the side breather of the valve and
on the manual breather of the radiant panel (29) (fig.18-19).
d. When water starts coming out from the breather valves of the appliance, close them and keep loading
until the nominal values envisaged for the system.
Check for water tightness of the seals.
It is advised to repeat this operation after that the appliance has worked for a few hours and to
periodically check the system pressure.
