You must be aware that there
is a danger of mismatching
between the shaft diameter of
the small grinding tool and of
the chuck .
Use
NOTE

The grinder may only be
operated using cleaned,
oil-atomised compressed
air and may not exceed
the maximum operating
pressure of 6 .3 bar on the
appliance . The compressor
must be fitted with a pres-
sure reducer to regulate the
working pressure .

Wind the supplied Teflon
tape
around all threaded
connectors .

First, screw the 1/4" threaded
nipple
onto the 1/4"
threaded connector
mini compressed-air oiler

Then fill the mini com-
pressed-air oiler
1–2 drops of special
compressed-air oil . To do
this, loosen the screws on the
attached Phillips screw of the
PDMS 6.3 A1

Drip a little oil into the oil filler
opening using the supplied oil
bottle

WARNING!
Avoid eye and skin contact
with lubricants .
A mist oiler continuously
and optimally lubricates the
grinder as a preparation
stage after the pressure re-
ducer . A mist oiler adds fine
drops of oil to air flowing
through the appliance and
therefore guarantees regular
lubrication .
Now screw the 1/4" thread-
ed connector
female thread connector
of the mini compressed-air
oiler

Now press the quick coupling
of the compressed-air hose
(not supplied) onto the com-
pressed-air connector
The connection locks auto-
matically .
