Hazards caused by
flying parts
If a workpiece or accessory
or even part of the machine
tool itself breaks, parts can be
flung off at high speeds .
When using the mini die
grinder or when re placing
accessories on the machine,
impact-proof eye protection
must be worn . The degree of
necessary protection must be
evaluated separately for each
individual task .
You must ensure that the work-
piece has been securely fixed
in place .
Check regularly that the speed
of the sander does not exceed
the labelled speed value for
grinding inserts . This speed
check must take place without
an installed grinding pencil/
grinding aid and in agree-
ment with the manufacturer's
instructions .
Ensure that any sparks and
fragments caused during use
do not present any hazards .
