3.7 Replacing components
If you are not able to find a suitable seating position by adjusting the seat, you can achieve a suitable seating
position by replacing components. Components which can be replaced for this purpose are:
The seat tube

The seat
●
The stem and the handlebar
●
The pedal cranks
●
If it is not possible to adjust the seating position, you can have components with different measurements,
or you might look for alternative components with different specifications, installed by a Carqon dealer.
3.8 Noting the rotational direction of the screws
Turn in an anti-clockwise direction to loose the cotter pin nuts, screws and shafts. If there are deviations from
this rule, the relevant rotational difference will be indicated in the corresponding section.
Warning: Incorrect tightening of screw connections can lead to material fatigue and
broken connections.
