The machine does not start
Cause
Mains voltage is missing
Defective capacitor
Blade wheel blocked
The delivery rate is too low, or the delivery head has not been reached
Cause
Voltage drop
Loss of water by leaky pressure line
Delivery head was incorrectly defined
Suction filter or carrying frame used is blocked by contamination
Motor protection triggers after short running time
Cause
Current consumption too high, voltage too low
Blade wheel blocked
If the HPS 2 is used with H832, the following faults may occur in addition to those above:
HPS 2 does not switch the pump on, or switches off automatically after a short time
Cause
Control electronics defective
Membrane in the HPS 2 defective
Pump runs but is not switched off by the HPS 2
Cause
Leakage in the pressure line, the loss of water is more than 0.6 l/min
„Reset" button on the HPS 2 is defective
The upper flow meter located in the HPS 2 is defective
Control electronics defective
HPS 2 switches the pump on and off without water being drawn off
Cause
Leakage in the pressure line, the loss of water is more than 0.6 l/min
Control electronics defective

Check capacitor, replace if appropriate
Send pump for repair to works after-sales service

Seal pressure line again
Determine delivery head again, replace pump if appropriate
Remove pump and/or carrying frame from conveyed medium and clean

Send pump for repair to works after-sales service, the winding may have
to be renewed
Switch machine off and secure it against being switched on again,
ensure free movement of the blade wheel/propellers
Remedy
Send HPS 2 in and have it checked by works after-sales service
