4. Use
Press the button with CUSTOM and a keyboard will appear where you can enter the pre-
ferred percentage % of you maximal heart rate. Press OK to start the training. A screen
like the one shown below will appear and the value TIME can be set, as previously
described in PROGRAM.
The meter left on the screen is showing the TARGET HR. This is your training heart rate
goal. The meter in the middle shows the current resistance level (1-16). The meter on
the right is the displaying the CURRENT HR. When the CURRENT HR drops below the
TARGET HR the resistance will automatically be increased. When the CURRENT HR tops
the TARGET HR the resistance will automatically be decreased.
For this program use the heart rate sensors in the handlebar or chest belt for a heart rate
registration.
