MANUAL
Next to the previously described method, you can also get into the MANUAL program by
pressing the START button when in the main menu. The MANUAL program is a program
with a consistence resistance and preselected values for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES,
PULSE. During the training the resistance can be manually adjusted.
1.
Press mode and select the following values:
TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES, PULSE.

When the desired value flashes you can use the UP or DOWN buttons to
select the preferred values. When all values are set the program will start
automatically.

In case you don't want to select or go trough al values, press START/
STOP and the MANUAL program will start. If the training is started al values
will count down. The training finishes when one of these values reaches zero.

During a training the level of the workout can be increased or decreased by
pressing the UP or DOWN button.
5.
Press the START/STOP button to pause the training.
6.
Press the RESET button to return to the main menu.
