Cardio training
With this training it is possible to train by using your heart rate. There are 4 different lev-
els: 55%, 75%, 90% or Target Heart Rate (TAG). The level is a percentage of your maximal
heart rate, which is calculated on the base of your age.

In the main menu use the UP or DOWN button to select CARDIO training and
press the MODE button to confirm the selection.

Use the UP or DOWN button to select the preferred heart rate level: 55%,
75%, 90% or TAG press MODE to confirm.
3.
Press the UP or DOWN button to select the training duration.
4.
Press START/STOP to start the training.
5.
Press the START/STOP button to pause the training.
6.
Press the RESET button to return to the main menu.
