Make sure that the machine is switched off (OFF) after the spraying
activities, if it remains in ON position the battery will drain!
2 F U E L VA LV E
The fuel engine can be switched off electrically via the fuel valve.
3 K E Y C O N TAC T - E L E C T R I C A L LY S TA R T E D
The key contact has 3 positions & is situated on the operating compartment:
0 = off
1 = working position (control unit will be powered on, warning indicator on)
2 = start the engine
The engine switch need to be turned to position '2'. One must hold these there
(no longer then 5 sec) to the engine starts. If the engine does not start, wait 10
seconds, before trying again. Afterwards, turn again to position '1': ON .
4 F U E L F I L L E R C A P
There can be refueled at he diesel engine & burner by open / loosen the filler
cap of the fuel tank of the machine (see "Visual perception" on page 15 ).
5 T E M P E R AT U R E C O N TAC T
The oil temperature of the engine is read out, an alarm message will appear on
the display.If the temperature becomes too high, the engine will be switched off.
CONTROL COMPONENTS MACHINE
1 F U S E S
The electrical part of the JMB-E burner is secured by safety fuses.
These safety fuses of the burner boiler are located on the burner control panel
below the frame & behind the cover plate. The motor fuse is located at the cut-
out where you can change the motor oil. The fuses can be replaced by clicking
open the fuse holder. Next, the fuse can be taken from the holder and can be
replaced. Always pay attention to the foreseen amperage, which should not be
exceeded!! Switch off the machine before replacing the fuse!
2 D I S P L AY
On the display you receive possible disturbances and the operating instructions
will be displayed if desired. You also receive a message when service is
necessary / desired, receive status info of the cleaner and check working
hours of the machine. Other operating possibilities will be displayed by means
of operating the control stick. The functioning of the control panel will be
described further in this chapter.
3 C O N T R O L S T I C K ( J OYS T I C K )
The control stick is a switching element with four possible switching positions
(left/right/above/below) and a zero position (middle). This coordinate switch is
suitable for simple navigation in the 4 selectable directions.
4 E M E R G E N CY B U T TO N
The emergency stop can be recognized as red pushing button with yellow disc.
• Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency
situations.
• Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
5 K E Y S W I TC H / D I S P L AY
The main switch is a key switch and has three positions:
• ON: The JMB will be switched on electrically without however starting the
engine.After switching on, all sensors will be tested automatically and the
glowing process of the engine starts.
