Voorwoord
The NEOX is a multi-adjustable light weight foldable
wheelchair with integrated Newton seating vision. The
frame is adaptable to a wide range of body measure-
ments, making it possible to precisely adjust it to the
user. In combination with the right seating support of
the Newton seating system, you can create a perfectly
fitting wheelchair for every user.
The NEOX is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
The maximum user weight is 136 kg. This is indicated
on the CE sticker. The CE sticker is located on the left
upper front frame tube under the seat mat.
The NEOX has been tested with a positive result in
accordance with the applicable requirements of the
European wheelchair standard NEN-EN 12183. And as a
crash-tested wheelchair in accordance with the corres-
ponding standards in ISO 7176-19:2022 (see page 34).
The NEOX therefore meets the essential requirements
of the European Regulation (EU) 2017/745 for Medical
Devices.
Intended Use
The product is intended to be used to provide a mobi-
lity solution for people with walking difficulties.
Use
The product provides a seat support. In the seated
position, the user can to move around by propelling the
product by manually turning the rear wheels, pushing
off with the feet on the floor, or the product is pushed
by an attendant. The product must be used by 1 person
with a maximum user weight of 136 kg, in normal envi-
ronmental situations.
The NEOX is a configurable product that can be
configured according to the product overview of the
product.

For the NEOX, the following scenarios can reasonably
be described that do not meet the intended use, as
described above:
Failure to follow the warnings in the user manual
Exceeding the weight and sizing limits as stated in the
manual
Failure to follow the instructions for safe use
Intended Users
The targeted users are people who have difficulty wal-
king. Age ranging from 6 - 100+, weight up to 136 kg.
The use of the wheelchair is not limited to people with a
specific diagnosis.
Clues
Intended for users with limited to complete mobility
limitations of the lower extremities.
Contraindications
Users with dementia or cognitive impairments should
not sit down or get up from the wheelchair unassisted
Intended environment
The NEOX is intended for indoor and outdoor use on
paved surfaces.
