CAUSE
• Check whether the
fuel contains water or is of
inferior quality
• Check whether the
engine is "flooded"
• Check spark plug
•
Check whether the fuel
contains water or is of inferior
quality

Check whether the air filter
or fuel filter is clogged
• Check carburettor settings
• Check whether the oil
is of inferior quality
•
Check for blockage on oil
pipelines and openings

DISPOSAL
• Use new fuel
• Remove spark plug and dry
it. Then pull starter without
choke
• Use a new spark plug
• Use new fuel
• Cleaning
• Set idle speed according to
S19
• Replace
