4- Lock the installation by tightening the 2 nuts on the mounting brackets (tightening torque: 3 N.m).
1- Pull the 2 or 3 (depending on the version) female con-
nection lugs from the inside of the heating element cover
3 - Push the lugs back inside the cartridge heater protector
and press the cartridge heater protector onto the base of
the heater. Press the cartridge heater cover upwards so
that the O-ring is compressed between the resistor and the
cover.
4 - Tighten with a hexagonal spanner (not supplied) the
pointed screw located at the back of the heating cartridge
protection.
Tightening torque: 3kg.m/0.3N.m.
IV.
First use
Run the radiator at full power for 1 hour, this allows excess water to drain away, after
cooling, DO NOT refill the radiator. Increase the temperature to maximum with
OPEN
2- Move the housing closer to connect the 2 female
connectors to the 2 male terminals of the resistor. Insert
the 2 female connectors fully into the 2 male connectors.
Be careful to respect the orientation of the lugs as shown
on the right.
