Garantiebepalingen
De volgende garantiebepalingen
vormen een aanvulling op uw
geldende wettelijke rechten.
Wanneer geldt de garantie?
Sparta geeft een garantie tegen
eventuele materiaal-of
constructiefouten aan uw snorfiets
op de volgende voorwaarden:
• U kunt alleen aanspraak maken
op garantie indien u een duidelijk
ingevuld en afgetekend
garantiebewijs of de
aankoopbon hebt.
• Alleen de eerste eigenaar heeft
recht op garantie; de garantie is
dus niet overdraagbaar.
Garantieperiode
Sparta geeft 10 jaar garantie op
frame en voorvork (3 jaar op
aluminium) plus 1 jaar op overige
onderdelen voor zover deze niet
aan normale slijtage onderhevig
zijn. Op het motorische gedeelte
hebt u een half jaar garantie.
Wanneer wordt de garantie niet
verleend?
Garantie wordt niet verleend
indien:
• de snorfiets oneigenlijk of
onzorgvuldig is gebruikt of
beschadigd is door een
verkeersongeval of valpartij
• de schade te wijten is aan
normale slijtage van onderdelen
zoals banden, ketting, kabels en/
of riem
• de snorfiets onvoldoende
onderhouden is, d.w.z. niet zoals
aangegeven in dit
instructieboekje
• reparaties ondeskundig of niet
door een Sparta-dealer werden
uitgevoerd
• voor reparaties niet-originele
onderdelen zijn gebruikt of
indien die onjuist gemonteerd
zijn
• de constructie gewijzigd is
• de snorfiets voor verhuur is
gebruikt

Terms of guarantee
The following terms of guarantee
are an addition to your statutory
rights.
Sparta guarantee
Your Spartamet is guaranteed
against possible defects in the
material and construction on the
following conditions:
• The guarantee is only valid if you
are in possession of a signed and
fully completed proof of
guarantee or proof of purchase.
• The guarantee is issued
exclusively to the first owner, i.e.
it is not transferable.
Period of guarantee
Sparta frames and front forks are
guaranteed for 10 years (3 years
when in aluminium). The other
parts are guaranteed for one year,
as far as they are not subject to
normal wear. The engine is
guaranteed for six months.
Limitations of the guarantee
The following items are not
covered by guarantee:
• improper or careless use of the
moped or damage to the moped
due to a fall or a traffic accident
• damage due to normal wear of
parts such as tyres, chain, cables
and brake pads etc.
• insufficient maintenance, i.e. the
moped has not been maintained
in accordance with this
handbook
• incompetent technical repairs
carried out on the moped, or
repairs carried out by an
unauthorised Sparta dealer
• parts fitted afterwards that do
not conform to the moped's
technical specifications or that
have been fitted incorrectly
• the construction has been altered
• the moped was used for hiring
out
