5.2
Functions and operation of the hob
5.2.1 Switch on and off
Switch on
Press and hold
The indicator LEDs will light up.
The Novy controller switches on automatically.
Switch off
Press and hold
The indicator LEDs will extinguish.
The Novy controller switches off automatically.
Switch a cooking zone on and off
Switch on
Option 1:
– Place the pan on the desired cooking zone.
The corresponding LED will light up.
– The detailed screen of the cooking zone is displayed.
– Set the power level by turning the rotary knob of the
Novy controller. Press the rotary knob to confirm,
or wait 10 seconds.
Option 2:
– Select the desired cooking zone on the Novy
controller and set the power level using the rotary
knob.
– Place the pan on the set cooking zone.
Switch off
Select the desired cooking zone on the Novy controller
and turn the knob/push button anti-clockwise until
the display shows 0 or H
The hob and the controller switch off automatically if
no power level is selected within 60 seconds.
