• Advanced driver assistance systems
Here you can find an overview of the advanced driver assistance systems that are actually installed in the selected
vehicle. Once the corresponding system is selected you have access to the required data and information.
• Adaptive lighting systems
Here you can find an overview of the adaptive lighting systems that are actually installed in the selected vehicle. Once
the corresponding system is selected you have access to the required data and information.
• e-Mobility
Here you can find e.g. manufacturer-specific and model-specific information about the work on hybrid and electric
vehicles. This information includes component locations, technical instructions about the de-energizing of the high-
voltage system and a description of the proceeding for measurements on high-voltage systems but it also includes
measurement points and nominal values.
9.5.1. Diagnostic database
This menu contains manufacturer and vehicle-specific solutions for various problematic cases.
The Hella Gutmann diagnostic database contains a large number of vehicle-specific problem solutions. The entries in the
database consist of data from manufacturers' documentation, as well as feedback from mechanics who have successfully
repaired the vehicle.
9.5.1.1. Calling Up the Diagnostic Database
NOTICE
You need an online connection to access the Hella Gutmann diagnostic database.
Proceed as follows to retrieve information from the diagnostic database:
1. Select Information > Diagnostic database in the App launcher.
2. Select the requested symptom under Symptom selection.
ð Data download is in progress.
ð The items for the selected symptom are displayed.
3. Select the required Item from online diagnostic database from the left selection window.
4. If the selected proposed solution does not apply to the vehicle problem, then possibly select the tab >Proposed solu-
tion 2<.
ð There may appear several proposed solutions.
9.5.2. Service data
This menu contains vehicle-specific service schedules and oil change intervals.
