ADJUSTING RUNNING BELT INCLINATION
The inclination of the running belt of the treadmill can be adjusted.
You can set one of the three inclinations by changing the position of
the inclination adjustment lock as shown in the picture.
The maximum inclination of the running belt.

COMPUTER MANUAL
START/STOP
The device starts five seconds after pressing the START/STOP button.
ENERGY SAVER
The treadmill computer automatically goes into the energy saving
mode if no action is performed within 10 minutes. Press any button to
wake the system up.
EMERGENCY STOP
ATTENTION! Attach the safety key to your clothes for each
training.
It should be used in emergencies only. Do not use it as a regular stop
switch.
When placed incorrectly, the safety key prevents the treadmill
from starting.
ATTENTION! Make sure that the emergency stop system is
operational before using the treadmill. Remove the safety key by
pulling the cord. After the key is removed, the treadmill stops with a
delay depending on the operational speed. The running belt lift
system is stopped as well (if present). The device makes a short
stopping sound. All fields of the display show '---'.
After the key is reconnected, the device is reset.
PROGRAMMES
The computer offers 3 custom programmes to be set manually, 12
automatic programmes saved in the memory, 3 countdown modes
(time, calories, distance), and a fat tissue measuring function (Body
Fat).
BUTTONS
•
START — it is used to start the treadmill in the manual mode or
to start a selected programme.
•
STOP — stops a running treadmill. When it is pressed, settings
are reset as well. After a restart, the device is in the manual
mode.
•
PROGRAM (P) — it is used to select a workout programme
automatically (P1 – P12) a user programme (U1-U3) or the
Body Fat function before the treadmill is started.
•
MODE (M) — can be used to select the countdown mode: time,
distance, or calories.
•
SPEED — it is used to adjust (increase and decrease ) the
speed in 0.1 km/h steps. The buttons are located on the
computer and handrails.
•
QUICK SPEED SET BUTTONS — they are used to set the speed
directly (3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 km/h).
FUNCTIONS (SPECIFICATION)
SPEED
Displays the current speed.
TIME
Total exercise duration, from the
start to the end.
CALORIES
Total calories burnt from the start
to the end of the exercise.
(The measurement is an
approximation for comparing
training sessions. Do not use for
medical purposes).
DISTANCE
Total distance from the start to
the end of the exercise.
PULSE
Displays the current heart rate.
ATTENTION! The heart rate is
measured for sports purposes
only (not for medical use).
HEART RATE FUNCTION
After starting the treadmill, keep both palms on the heart rate sensors.
The current heart rate is displayed after 30 seconds. During the
measurement, the computer displays a heart icon.

MANUAL PROGRAMME
The manual programme is a default operating mode of the device. The
treadmill starts operating in it once you press START and no other
workout plan is selected.
•
The default mode in the manual mode is 0,8 km/h.
•
The speed can be changed using buttons on the computer and
handrails.
WORKOUT PROGRAMMES
Select one of 12 automatic workout programmes, pressing the
PROGRAM button until the relevant number is displayed on the
screen.
•
When the corresponding program is displayed, press MODE.
After you make your selection, the TIME window shows
blinking '30:00'.
Workout programme time can be set using SPEED +/- buttons.
The set workout time is divided into 20 stages proportionally.
The table presents the stages and corresponding speeds for
every workout programme. → See page 112.

Press START to start a programme.
CUSTOM PROGRAMMES
The computer offers three custom programmes that you can define:
U1, U2, and U3.
SETTING A CUSTOM PROGRAMME
•
Press PROGRAM in the standby mode to select a custom
programme. Consecutive numbers of automatic programmes
and then custom programmes are displayed on the panel.
•
When a relevant programme is displayed, press MODE to edit
the first section of the programme.
•
Use SPEED +/- to set the speed.
•
Press MODE to confirm parameter settings for the first section
and proceed to the second one.
Programmes are made up of 20 sections. Repeat the procedure above
until all sections are set.
The programmes are saved in memory until they are edited. Data are
not lost in case of a power outage.
