15.2 Cleaning
Outside of the unit
• Wipe the outside of the unit with a damp cloth or sponge and mild dish
soap.
Inside of the device
• To clean the inside of the unit wipe away any food or liquids with a
paper towel.
Inside of the device
• The extractable vacuum chamber can be washed under running water
or in the dishwasher – see for this the paragraph "Removing the
vacuum chamber".
Preservation bags
• Washing the bagging material in warm water with a mild dishwashing
soap, then rinse the bags well and allow drying thoroughly before
reusing
► Bags used to store raw meats, fish or greasy foods can't be reused.
Vacuum interface:
• Unbag the airproof loop of sponge from the interface and put it into
warm and soapy water for safe washing.
► The airproof loop of sponge should be dried thoroughly prior to
reassembling.
► When re-assembling, be careful to prevent any damage and
assembles as original position to ensure no vacuum leaking.
Zip-bag adapter
• You can open the adapter for easier cleaning.
• Please open the adapter and clean it with warm water.

Please note
Opened adapter
• Wipe off the adapter with a soft cloth and put it
together again afterwards.
