4 Remove the chosen accessory from the cooking compartment (B) (Fig. 27).
5 Put the food on a plate (Fig. 28). Serve out.
At the end of the cooking process, the appliance can be used immediately to prepare other food.
Using the spit with forks
1 Place one of the forks on the spit. Check that the two tips of the fork are pointing inwards. Screw
the locking screw (O) to secure the fork to the spit (Fig. 30).
2 Tie the meat to be cooked with twine and stick it in the fork on the spit. Check that the meat is
well centred.
3 Place the other fork on the spit. Check that the two tips of the fork are pointing inwards. Screw
the locking screw (O) to secure the fork to the spit (Fig. 30).
- If necessary, slightly unscrew the locking screws to properly centre the meat on the spit. Screw
back the locking screws.
4 Insert one end of the spit into the seat located in line with the right motorized support (G) (Fig.
31).
5 Insert the opposite end into the seat located on the left support (F) (Fig. 32).
6 Place the drip pan (L) at the lowest level of the cooking department to collect fat. To avoid fumes,
bad smells and scale deposits, it is advisable to pour a little water into the drip pan.
7 Proceed with cooking the food as described in the paragraph "Instructions for use".
Spit rotation is available for all functions. If inserted, the spit rotates automatically while
cooking food.
8 After cooking, use the removal fork (P) to remove the spit from the cooking compartment (B)
(Fig. 33).
Using the basket
1 Unscrew the locking screws (O) of the rotisserie. Remove the forks from the rotisserie spit (N)
(Fig. 34).
2 Insert the basket (M) on the rotisserie spit (Fig. 35). Screw the locking screws (O) to the two
ends of the basket (M) to secure the basket to the spit (Fig. 36).
3 Lift the hook to open the basket (Fig. 37).
4 Place the food into the basket (Fig. 38).
5 Close the basket hook (Fig. 39).
6 Place the drip pan (L) at the lowest level of the cooking department to collect fat. To avoid fumes,

7 Proceed with cooking the food as described in the paragraph "Instructions for use".
