When cooking food with a grill, grid pan or basket, distribute the oil evenly over the food for
crispier and browner food. Then, place the food to be cooked on the grill, in the grid pan or
in the basket.
When cooking food with a grill, grid pan, spit or basket, it is also possible to insert the drip
pan at the lowest level of the cooking compartment to collect fat. To avoid fumes, bad smells
and scale deposits, it is advisable to pour a little water into the drip pan.
2 Open the door (C) (Fig. 9).
3 Insert the chosen accessory into the cooking compartment (B) (Fig. 10).
Place the chosen accessory so that the food is at a distance of at least 2 cm from the resist-
ances located in the upper part of the cooking compartment.
4 Close the door (C) (Fig. 11).
5 Plug the appliance into the power outlet (Fig. 12).
6 Turn the functions knob (Q) to select the desired function, depending on the food to be cooked
(Fig. 13). Read the paragraph "Cooking programs" for details on the programs.
7 Turn the temperature knob (R) to set the desired speed (Fig. 14). The temperature range is
between 80°C and 230°C.
8 Turn the time knob (S) to set the desired time (Fig. 15). The time range is between 0 and 60 min.
The indicator light (T) lights up without blinking (Fig. 16). The appliance automatically starts heating
(Fig. 17). The light inside the cooking compartment turns on. It is possibile to set the time knob on
the manual position (
It is possibile to open the appliance during operation, for example to mix the ingredients during the
cooking process.
9 Open the door (C) (Fig. 18).
Warning
Danger of burns. Always grasp the handle to open the appliance door.
Metal parts and glass are hot during operation: only touch the door handle. When removing the
grill or drip pan, use gloves or kitchen towels to avoid the danger of burns. Keep your hands
and face away from the cooking compartment. When removing the basket or spit, use the fork
provided to avoid the danger of burns. Do not touch the resistances.
10 Remove the chosen accessory from the cooking compartment (B) (Fig. 19).
11 Mix the ingredients (Fig. 20).
12 Insert the chosen accessory into the cooking compartment (Fig. 21).
13 Close the door (C) (Fig. 22).
The appliance continues to cook the ingredients (Fig. 23).
After cooking
1 When cooking is complete, the appliance emits a sound and turns off (Fig. 24). If the ingredients
are not ready, place the accessory containing the ingredients back into the cooking compart-
ment and set the timer to a few more minutes.
Alternatively, you can manually stop the cooking process. Turn the time knob clockwise until the
timer sounds. The appliance stops the cooking process.
2 Unplug the appliance from the power outlet (Fig. 25).
